Hypnotherapy is a treatment that uses hypnosis to alter the way you feel and think and to change aspects of your life which need improving or a new direction.
Hypnosis is a perfectly natural condition which we experience every day of our lives like daydreaming. We drift in and out of a hypnotic state all day long without being aware of it. Under hypnosis we are capable of making significant changes to our thinking patterns and unlocking unlimited potential to improve and transform our lives.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, meaning you are in control at all times. A hypnotherapist guides and empowers the client throughout the hypnotic process. This is a focused state of relaxation in which the subconscious mind can achieve incredible transformations for beneficial purposes.
Working together the client and therapist create positive and therapeutic changes which can alter a person’s life permanently. The focus is on the SOLUTION, not the problem.
Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnotherapy is 100% safe. There are no side effects and you are always in control.
Can everyone be hypnotised?
Yes, virtually everyone can be hypnotised. If you have the desire to make a change then you will allow yourself to be guided into the wonderful and relaxing trance state. You cannot go into hypnosis against your will.
What happens during the session?
We discuss what you want to improve or change. Then we agree to the goals and desired outcome you want to accomplish. How many sessions will I need
and what are the fees?
HYPNOTHERAPY
It depends on what you require assistance with changing. Giving up smoking or eliminating a phobia are usually resolved in one or two sessions while the majority of cases are treated in six sessions or less. Hypnotherapy is a result-based therapy. We will want to help you in the minimum number of sessions possible, so your motivation and desire to change will play a key role. You will achieve the results quickly and pleasantly. Together we will review your progress after each session. Fees are £145.00 per session (75 mins). Smoking Cessation is £200.00. To have a specialised CD tailor-made for you is £45.00 following a full paid session.
LIFE COACHING
Life coaching provides direct support, guidance and encouragement that helps individuals identify and achieve their goals in an practical, time-limited, structured and forward-thinking format. A skilled coach does not have all the answers. His or her skill is to draw the answers from an individual through appropriate questioning, thus developing their capabilities. Success is based on the collaborative partnership developed between an individual and their coach.
Life Coaching is available at a fixed fee per number of sessions agreed. The fee for a one hour face-to-face or phone session is £60.00. Please call to discuss your personal situation and what you would like to achieve.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY
CBT is a fantastic tool for learning to become your own therapist. We work together to stop the repetitive negative thoughts or habits and replace them with more constructive and positive thinking. You will learn how to stop and ask yourself helpful questions instead of automatically reacting to situations. Each individual has a unique experience so CBT is personally tailored to your situation. The fee for a one hour session is £75.00.
Life Coaching and CBT are available at a fixed fee per number of sessions agreed.
