BOOKING

Every client will receive a free telephone consultation. We can discuss your requirements or answer any questions. After scheduling an appointment, a credit card number will be taken in order to secure the meeting. In the event of a client either not providing 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or not turning up for an appointment, a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged. You can make payment at the time of session by cheque or cash.

AGREEMENT

At the first appointment, the client agrees to provide honest medical and personal information and to the terms of booking and cancellation. The therapist agrees to explain the process of hypnotherapy, or an alternative therapy, to the client.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place. If a client fails to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation or does not turn up for an appointment a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged.

We collect information about you to:

• We will give you the chance to refuse any email from us in the future.

SKYPE SESSIONS

Skype hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and life coaching sessions.

Technical requirements for users:

• A fast internet connection - Broadband/DSL
• A computer with an integrated microphone or a headset with a microphone
• A webcam (for face-to-face sessions)
• The latest Skype software and a valid Skype account
• A place where you can sit or lie comfortably and set aside the time to relax and talk or listen

• Sufficient battery life to cover the 60 minute sessions.

Technical difficulties:

If for any reason, sessions should become disconnected, MG Hypnosis will try to reconnect with you immediately and resume the session. If reconnection is not possible, we will reschedule the appointment for another time.

Booking skype appointments

Send an email to mgjlr@aol.com and book a time and date; or complete and submit the contact form.

An appointment confirmation will be sent, along with an information sheet for you to complete and return by email (including your Skype log in name so we can send an invitation for you to accept the call for your appointment). It will also include bank transfer details and how to prepare for the session. Payment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session using your surname as reference. Sessions cost £75 an hour.

We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or amendment to your appointment time. Payments will not be refunded unless sufficient notice is given.
