APPOINTMENT CONDITIONS
Booking
Every client will receive a free telephone consultation. We can discuss your requirements or answer any questions. After scheduling an appointment, a credit card number will be taken in order to secure the meeting. In the event of a client either not providing 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or not turning up for an appointment, a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged. You can make payment at the time of session by cheque or cash.
Agreement
At the first appointment, the client agrees to provide honest medical and personal information and to the terms of booking and cancellation. The Therapist agrees to explain the process of hypnotherapy, or an alternative therapy, to the client.
Cancellation
There is a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place. If a client fails to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation or does not turn up for an appointment a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged.
