Every client will receive a free telephone consultation. We can discuss your requirements or answer any questions. After scheduling an appointment, a credit card number will be taken in order to secure the meeting. In the event of a client either not providing 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or not turning up for an appointment, a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged. You can make payment at the time of session by cheque or cash.

At the first appointment, the client agrees to provide honest medical and personal information and to the terms of booking and cancellation. The therapist agrees to explain the process of hypnotherapy, or an alternative therapy, to the client.

There is a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place. If a client fails to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation or does not turn up for an appointment a £60.00 cancellation fee is charged.

MG Hypnosis is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof).

We collect information about you to:

If you would like to see any information we hold about you please email or write to us with your request and we will provide you with this information promptly. If you would like us to amend or delete any of this data please email or write to us and we will amend your records.

MG Hypnosis may use your email address to contact you with information that we think would be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe or request that we do not send you any further information by sending us an email requesting that you are removed from future mailings.
