WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is a results based therapy that can help you to achieve changes in your life in a positive, helpful way. How we think and feel about certain aspects of our life can be changed by the use of our own minds and commitment, effectually improving our lives, or moving us in a new direction. Hypnosis is not an abnormal condition, rather a natural state which we enter each and every day. Daydreaming is a perfect example of a naturally occurring hypnotic state. Hypnosis unlocks our ability to make positive changes to the way we think, providing unlimited potential to transform and improve our lives.

 

Contrary to popular belief hypnosis does not involve a loss of control, in fact the exact opposite is true. A hypnotherapist empowers and guides the client during the hypnotic process, allowing them to enter a state of relaxation whilst remaining focussed, in this state the human subconscious is capable of incredibly beneficial transformations. Working together, the client and the therapist create therapeutic and beneficial changes, which can positively effect the clients quality of life on a permanent basis. WHY MG HYPNOSIS?

Marygrace trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis at Kings College in London. She studied to the Advanced Professional Degree Level and have had continued ongoing training and supervision. The classes range from Working With Children to Hypno-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She belongs to several therapy groups to keep updated in her field, from recognised professional bodies to updates on the web. Her training required a great deal of study, history of the therapies, case studies and final examinations, both oral and written. Marygrace confirms "that it was hard work but worth it in the end, with some fun times too!  Loved it!".

GROUP AND CORPORATE TRAINING

MG Hypnosis are available for group and corporate training sessions. Here are some reasons why to choose group training.

  • Group sessions are cost effective. Fees can be negotiated depending on number attending (minimum 5 to 30 persons).
  • Group sessions are flexible.They can be held at your premises during or after working hours.
  • Group sessions are still personalised. The result will be pased on the person's individual empowering life experiences of success. It is a relaxing yet energising experience.
  • Group sessions are team building. Everyone is in the same situation and can enjoy the experience as if they are getting a one-on-one session.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

Individual sessions are conducted face-to-face or via Skype. They are private, confidential sessions where we work together to help you move forward to reaching your life goals. It can range from taking care of a phobia or bad habit, to confidence building and stress reduction. We review your presenting condition, agree our goal, and then review your medical, social, and family history. This helps us move you forward.

 

SESSIONS AND PRICES

The number of sessions required, and therefore the overall cost of your hypnotherapy will depend on the nature of the issue with which you require assistance. Stopping smoking or phobia elimination can often be resolved in one or two hypnotherapy sessions, and most other issues can be treated within six sessions. Hypnotherapy is a result-based therapy and our aim is always to help you in the minimum amount of sessions. Your own motivation will play an important role, the stronger your desire to change, the quicker and easier you will achieve results. We will discuss your progress at the end of each session. 

 

Fees are £160.00 for all first sessions and £80.00 for any follow up visits. Smoking Cessation is £350.00. To have a specialised CD tailor-made for you is £60.00, following a full paid session.

HOW DO I KNOW I'LL BE SAFE?

Hypnotherapy is completely safe. It is recognised and endorsed by the British Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the National Institute of Clinical Excellence.

 

CAN I REALLY BE HYPNOTISED?

Everyone can be hypnotised (with the exception of individuals who suffer from severe metal illness or very young children). It is self-hypnosis so you will gradually relax during the session. Call for more details.

 

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION?

At the beginning of your first session we will discuss the nature of your issue, and define precisely what you would like to accomplish, we will then work together, employing numerous techniques and hypnosis to reach the defined goals.
