WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

MG Hypnosis takes our clients' security and privacy very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you.

We collect the following types of information about you: Your name, address, contact telephone number and email address. This data is collected in order to communicate with our clients their therapy, booking and cancellation of appointments, and follow-up regarding their therapies.

MG Hypnosis keeps both paper and digital reports about clients and their treatment. Paper files are stored in a locked file cabinet and computer with password. The information is general information provided by clients email regarding what presenting condition they would like help with and other general information about their family and interests. We also have a medical background page, which is needed to help prepare in advance for sessions provided by us. This information is strictly confidential between the client and MG Hypnosis.

We also offer Skype sessions, which are conducted over a secure internet connection and in a private environment to ensure our information about our clients remains confidential at all times.

HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

We will use your personal information necessary in order to enable us to provide our services to you. This information is only viewed by Marygrace Anderson. Information collected will be stored securely and securely destroyed if it is no longer required by MG Hypnosis and will be removed from our system 7 years after your last visit to MG Hypnosis or upon request.

We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than as required for the provision of our services.  

SKYPE HYPNOTHERAPY, PSYCHOTHERAPY AND LIFE COACHING SESSIONS

MG Hypnosis offers Skype hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and life coaching sessions.

Technical requirements

• A fast internet connection - Broadband/DSL
• A computer with an integrated microphone or a headset with a microphone
• A webcam (for face-to-face sessions)
• The latest Skype software and a valid Skype account
• A place where you can sit or lie comfortably and set aside the time to relax and talk or listen

For mobile Skype users:

• Sufficient battery life to cover the 60 minute sessions.

Technical difficulties:

If for any reason, sessions should become disconnected, MG Hypnosis will try to reconnect with you immediately and resume the session. If reconnection is not possible, we will reschedule the appointment for another time.

Booking skype appointments

Send an email to mgjlr@aol.com and book a time and date; or complete and submit the contact form.

An appointment confirmation will be sent, along with an information sheet for you to complete and return by email (including your Skype log in name so we can send an invitation for you to accept the call for your appointment). It will also include bank transfer details and how to prepare for the session. Payment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session using your surname as reference. Sessions cost £75 an hour.

We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or amendment to your appointment time. Payments will not be refunded unless sufficient notice is given.

MORTAR & MILK

MG Hypnosis offers Hypnotherapy, Hypno-CBT, Life Coaching, and Counselling consultations in the premises of Mortar & Milk in its location in Fulham. We do not share any client personal data with Mortar and Milk.

MG Hypnosis offers hypnotherapy consultations in the premises of Bodies Under Construction in its Chiswick and Putney locations. We do not share any client personal data with Bodies Under Construction.

WEBSITE CONTACT FORM

Should you need more information about the services that we provide, you can contact us via the contact form on our website. In order to process your query, we request that you fill in your email address and message. All messages sent via the contact form are sent to info@mghypnosis.co.uk and are only viewed MG Hypnosis. You can request a copy of correspondence, or its removal or correction, as stipulated in the Subject Access Request section.

EMAIL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We would like to send you information about our services and special offers. For this purpose, MG Hypnosis uses Mailchimp to send email marketing communications. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click here .
